Everyone knows the housing market has been on fire 🔥 this spring and summer, but the Iowa City area real estate market is finally showing signs of slowing down! We’re seeing a shift in sales prices and other signs of the housing market cooling off, which is a welcome relief for home buyers. Despite the decrease in home sales prices there is still plenty of good news for home sellers!
